Part of my job at Chile Pepper, a foodie magazine, is to help cook and test recipes. Once a recipe is deemed fit for publishing, I food-style and then photograph for our pages. At the test kitchen, we firmly believe in styling the dish so that it’s all edible.

My job for H Texas, Pilates Style and Chile Pepper magazines has given me an opportunity to travel to some amazing places around the U.S. and our neighboring countries. I’m also a self-proclaimed wanderlust junkee and try to travel as much as possible.
